Incrivelmente os políticos brasileiros sabem de maneira bem esquisita atender à agenda das organizações religiosas em época de eleição. A religião sempre foi instrumento de manipulação dos políticos e em muitas situações os políticos estiverem ligados aos interesses das religiões por causa dos votos que elas garantem a eles. A fé cristã deveria ser distinta , exclusiva e saber se proteger dos interesses dos políticos e dos partidos, talvez com esta declaração eu temo estar contrariando muita gente , mas Jesus mesmo disse que deveríamos dar a Cesar o que é de Cesar e a Deus o que é de Deus. Jesus referia-se aos impostos, mas penso que nesta declaração, Jesus faz um divisor de águas entre a fé cristã que era ali inaugurada e o movimento político. Não penso que o cristão deva ser apolítico, mas deveria se manter mais isento nesta questão pois elas partem de motivações e razões diferentes, a fé cristã tem um alvo , o eterno e espiritual , a política outro , o terreno e humano. Dois reinos diferentes e distintos, mas há religiosos que se interessam pelo movimento político como uma maneira de fazer com que os seus interesses, aqui questionados se concretizem. Bom, o que aconteceu ontem foi que , a possível candidata do PT às eleições presidenciais de 2010, a ministra-chefe da Casa Civil, Dilma Rousseff, participou de um culto na Igreja Evangélica Assembleia de Deus, na zona leste de São Paulo. A cerimônia era em homenagem ao pastor José Wellington Bezerra da Costa. Em março, Dilma marcou presença na missa do padre Marcelo Rossi, roteiro obrigatório de candidatos durante as eleições. As cerimônias do religioso atraem até 20 mil fiéis no Santuário do Terço Bizantino. A fé cristã evangélica atrai muita gente, e com ela os políticos. Oremos para que eles, os políticos sejam salvos da condenação e busquem a Deus e a fé cristã para a salvação e restauração de suas vidas e a garantia de uma morada na eternidade com o Rei Jesus. Oremos também pelos líderes das igrejas, para que mais do que nunca, entendam que os reinos, o da terra e o do céu são diferentes , e que sempre se lembrem que aqui devemos nos aprimorar para servir melhor ao Rei eterno. Que não façam conchavos com os homens enveredando-se nos túneis escuros das políticas dos homens , especialmente daqueles que aparecem apenas por causa da visibilidade e do interesse passageiro.
RELIGION AND POLITICS
Incredibly brazilian politicians know in a very strange way be included at the agenda of religious organizations in elections time. Religion has always been an instrument of manipulation by politicians and in many instances politicians are related to the interests of religion because of the votes that they guarantee to them. The Christian faith should be separate, unique, whether to protect the interests of politicians and political parties, may be with this statement I'm afraid to be contrary to many people, but Jesus said we should give to Caesar what is Caesar's and unto God what is from God. Jesus was referring to taxes, but I think with this statement, Jesus is a watershed between the Christian faith which was inaugurated , against the political movement. I do not think that Christians should be apolitical, but should stay as free in this matter because they start from different motives and reasons, the Christian faith has a target, the eternal and spiritual, politics another, the earthly and human. Two different and distinct realms, but there are religious who are interested in a political movement as a way to make their interests, here questioned materialize. Well, what happened yesterday was that the possible PT candidate for president in 2010, the chief minister, Dilma Rousseff, attended a service in the Evangelical Assembly of God, in eastern Sao Paulo. The ceremony was in honor of Pastor Jose Wellington Bezerra da Costa. In March, Dilma attended the Mass with Marcelo Rossi, an obligatory appointment for candidates during the elections. The religious ceremonies attract up to 20 million pilgrims in the Shrine of the Byzantine Rosary. The evangelical Christian faith attracts many people, and with it the politicians. Let us pray for the politicians , caus they have to be saved from condemnation and seek God and Christian faith for salvation and restoration of their lives and the security of a dwelling in eternity with the King Jesus. Let us pray also for church leaders, so that more than ever, understand that the kingdom of the earth and the sky are different, and always remember that while here we must improve to better serve the King eternal. Let us pray also for that religious leaders do not collusion with men embarking on the dark tunnels of the policies of men, especially those that appear only because of visibility and of passing interest.
